The House.

- 2 en suite bedrooms (2 king extra size double beds) each with their own wood fireplaces

- Modern well equipped farm kitchen with gas stove and gas oven, Nespresso machine, plunger, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and freezer.

- Laundry with washing machine.

- Dining table for up to 10 people and a well stocked library

- Large closed combustion wood fireplace feature in the living room for aesthetics and heating during colder weather

- A flat screen smart television with a DVD and Blu-ray player, a Netflix account and DSTV premium.

- Fibre optic high speed Internet @ 50 MB/s

- Onsite parking available. The entire property is completely fenced in.

- Cleaning every 3 days (extra on demand at an additional charge), daily garden service and weekly bed linen change. Also, gardeners will stick to areas outside of guests' vision while the guests occupy the property, except for Thursdays or longer guest stays.

- 3 office tables (one in the second bedroom, one in the lounge and one in the passage way)

- Firewood is available at an extra charge

The Gardens and Outdoor areas.

- 8200 sqm park like farm gardens with indigenous plants and fruit and vegetable farming elements. (all produce is freely available to guests on request)

- Over 60 sqm of decking and a large 25 sqm sunset deck with panoramic garden and ocean views located above our waterfall. It has a large dining table for 8 people.

- Waterfall and water feature running through the gardens into our dam

- Swimming pool 5 x 3 meters

- 6 sun-loungers (4 on pool deck and 2 on sauna deck)

- Large outdoor grill area called our ‘Kraal’' area just above our dam. There is a wood grill here, a table for 8 people, water features, a water basin and panoramic views of the gardens, the dam and surrounding mountains

- A large Kamelthorn wood table with a Weber wood grill and pool area and garden views

- Several dedicated meditation areas, olive groves, sculptures and outdoor benches to enjoy the gardens fully

- Solar powered garden lanterns are available

- Large parts of the gardens enjoy lighting systems to enjoy the gardens at night time also

Wellness.

- Outdoor shower immediately outside the bedrooms

- Large outdoor waterfall shower for 2 people right next to our Sauna deck with direct garden and ocean views

- Sauna for 4 people with on a deck with 2 additional loungers (4 other loungers within walking distance on the pool deck) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SAUNA CANNOT BE POWERED DURING LOAD SHEDDING.
